It's easy to check your website using some online web tools, and it's free. You just need to know what to use, and how to use these tools.
First tool, using Google Safe Browsing diagnostic page. Here's an example results for a website www.king.net.
How do you check your own website using Google Safe Browsing Diagnostic tool? It's easy, just copy the page www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=king.net, replace king.net using your own website, and press [Enter] to see the result. What you see below is a result for king.net website. If you noticed I used www.king.net for the first image capture, and king.net for the second image sample. I suggest that you try this approach for your website.

The second website tool is using Sucuri SiteCheck a Free Website Malware Scanner. This tool will check your website for known malware, blacklisting status, website erros, and out-of-date software. Here's a sample result I run for www.king.net website using WordPress latest version.

So far so good results for king.net using the first and second web tools. Now, it's your turn to check your website. Visit http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/scanner/ website, enter your website URL, click Scan Website, and wait to complete.
Let us proceed to our third web tool, the easiest web tool to scan your website.The third web tool is a http://www.unmaskparasites.com, simply enter your website URL address to check for malware virus.
